The Hispanic Collective is proud to return this Hispanic Heritage Month for our 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Flagship Event: UNIDOS, SOMOS MÁS: The Power of Connection — an evening dedicated to celebrating the relationships, communities, and collective strength that continue to move Hispanic and Latino professionals forward.
Since our inaugural unveiling event in 2024, this annual gathering has become a signature moment for The Hispanic Collective community — bringing together professionals, leaders, organizations, and partners to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month while creating space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and connection.
This year, we are exploring a simple but powerful idea: What becomes possible when we stop building Hispanic success individually and start building it collectively?
Across companies, industries, generations, and communities, there are talented individuals creating impact every day. But our greatest opportunities emerge when those individuals are intentionally connected — when knowledge is shared, doors are opened, resources are exchanged, and success becomes something we build together.
Because when we connect with purpose, collaborate across differences, and create opportunities for one another — unidos, somos más.

The Hispanic Collective is excited to welcome our community back for our annual Fall Social — an evening designed to bring Hispanic/Latino professionals, emerging leaders, ERG and BRG members, community partners, and allies together for professional development, meaningful networking, and connection.
Building on the experience of last year's Fall Social, this year's event will begin with a special professional development session featuring writer, TEDx Speaker, and entrepreneur Andrés Oliveros.
From 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Andrés will lead an engaging workshop focused on helping Latino professionals rethink networking and develop relationships that extend beyond a single conversation or introduction.
This session isn't about collecting contacts — it's about learning how to build authentic professional relationships, communicate your story, and create connections that actually last.
