The Hispanic Collective’s 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month
We look forward to celebrating with you in Times Square and continuing to build meaningful impact together.
The Hispanic Collective is proud to return this Hispanic Heritage Month for our 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Flagship Event: UNIDOS, SOMOS MÁS: The Power of Connection — an evening dedicated to celebrating the relationships, communities, and collective strength that continue to move Hispanic and Latino professionals forward.
Since our inaugural unveiling event in 2024, this annual gathering has become a signature moment for The Hispanic Collective community — bringing together professionals, leaders, organizations, and partners to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month while creating space for meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and connection.
This year, we are exploring a simple but powerful idea: What becomes possible when we stop building Hispanic success individually and start building it collectively?
Across companies, industries, generations, and communities, there are talented individuals creating impact every day. But our greatest opportunities emerge when those individuals are intentionally connected — when knowledge is shared, doors are opened, resources are exchanged, and success becomes something we build together.
Because when we connect with purpose, collaborate across differences, and create opportunities for one another — unidos, somos más.
✨ What to Expect
Throughout the evening, attendees will have opportunities to:
🤝 Experience the Power of Connection
🎤 Hear From Leaders Across Our Community
💡 Explore Connection, Collaboration & Collective Impact
🌎 Celebrate Identity, Culture & Belonging
🌱 Turn Community Into Impact
🥂 Connect With Intention
Whether you're joining The Hispanic Collective for the first time or returning for our annual Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, this evening is an opportunity to expand your community, exchange perspectives, and intentionally build relationships with people you may not otherwise have the opportunity to meet.
❤️ Building Opportunity Through Community
At The Hispanic Collective, we believe our community becomes stronger when connection leads to action.
Our 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Flagship Event is more than a celebration of culture. It is an opportunity to bring professionals outside of their individual companies, organizations, industries, and networks and create a shared space where relationships can become resources, conversations can become collaborations, and introductions can become opportunities.
UNIDOS, SOMOS MÁS represents what sits at the heart of our community: understanding that individual achievement matters — but our collective impact can be even greater.
When one person opens a door, someone else gains access.
When one leader shares knowledge, another leader grows.
When organizations collaborate instead of operating in isolation, our entire community becomes stronger.
This Hispanic Heritage Month, we invite you to join us in moving from connection to collaboration — and from collaboration to collective impact.
Connect. Elevate. Open Doors.
Join us this October in New York City as we celebrate The Hispanic Collective’s 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Flagship Event and experience what becomes possible when we choose to build together.
🎟️ Space will be limited. Registration is required.
