The Hispanic Collective Impact Awards celebrate the individuals, organizations, and initiatives making transformative contributions to the Hispanic and Latinx community. These awards honor those who foster community building, cultural advancement, leadership, innovation, and long-term legacy, while creating meaningful opportunities for growth and representation.
Our goal is to recognize and amplify the people and groups who are driving change and inspiring others to take action — in workplaces, industries, and communities across the nation.

The 2025 Impact Award honorees—including winners and honorable mentions—will be recognized at The Hispanic Collective’s Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, an evening dedicated to connection, cultural storytelling, and recognition of trailblazers.

Nominations Open: September 12th, 2026
Nominations Close: September 30th, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET
Finalists Announced: October 3rd, 2026
Awards Ceremony: October 14th 2025 (Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration, NYC)

Nomination Guidelines
Who Can Be Nominated
Individuals, organizations, or initiatives demonstrating outstanding contributions to the Hispanic/Latinx community in one or more award areas.
Nominees can be local, regional, or national leaders, businesses, or community groups.
Who Can Nominate
Anyone: colleagues, community members, leaders, or self-nominations are all welcome.
Nomination Submission Requirements
Completed online nomination form (no email submissions).
A detailed impact statement explaining the nominee’s contributions.
Optional supporting materials (articles, videos, testimonials, etc.).
Selection Process
Nominations will be reviewed by a diverse panel of judges selected by The Hispanic Collective.
Honorees will be chosen based on impact, innovation, and alignment with the award category.

Award Categories
Nominees should be entered into one category that best reflects their work. Descriptions and criteria are provided below.
1. Community Impact Award
Honoring those who strengthen and uplift communities.
Recognizes individuals or organizations that have made significant contributions to the empowerment and advancement of the Hispanic/Latinx community.
Examples of impact include:
Volunteerism and philanthropy
Community advocacy and education programs
Economic empowerment initiatives
Partnerships with local or national organizations to address social needs
Support for minority-owned businesses
Criteria: Measurable community impact, sustainability, inclusivity, and positive long-term outcomes.
2. Cultural Advancement Award
Celebrating the preservation and elevation of Hispanic/Latinx culture.
This award highlights those who educate, inspire, and promote cultural pride through storytelling, art, heritage projects, and community engagement.
Examples of impact include:
Arts, music, and fashion initiatives rooted in Hispanic traditions
Cultural programming and events that educate and unite communities
Efforts to preserve cultural history and heritage
Criteria: Promotion of cultural awareness, innovation, and education.
3. Leadership & Advocacy Award
Recognizing visionary leaders driving inclusion and equity.
This award honors individuals who champion representation and advocacy for Hispanic/Latinx professionals in corporate, civic, or public sectors.
Examples of impact include:
Leading company-wide diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
Mentorship and sponsorship of Hispanic/Latinx talent
Creating systemic changes in organizations or industries
Criteria: Visionary leadership, measurable organizational or societal impact, and active advocacy.
4. Legacy Award
Honoring a lifetime of service and enduring impact.
Recognizes individuals or organizations whose long-standing contributions have shaped the POC landscape and inspired future generations.
Examples of impact include:
Decades of leadership or service to the community
Trailblazing contributions to representation and equity
Programs or initiatives that have stood the test of time
Criteria: Historical influence, sustained excellence, and inspirational legacy.
