A Missing Space
The Hispanic Collective was founded to solve a challenge we saw time and time again: Latinx ERG leaders were doing incredible work inside their companies, but they were doing it in isolation. There was no external space to connect across industries, share resources, and build something bigger together.
Too often, these leaders faced the same challenges alone — from burnout to inconsistent progress — while their efforts stayed siloed within a single organization.
Our vision is to change that.
We exist to replace competition with collaboration, creating a national platform where ERG leaders, companies, and professionals can share best practices, amplify impact, and open doors for the next generation of Hispanic talent.
By bridging cities, industries, and communities, we’re building a future where Hispanic professionals are not the exception in leadership spaces — they’re the expectation.

Growing up in Yonkers, NY, as the child of Puerto Rican parents with disabilities, I learned early the power of resilience, community, and lifting others up. Those lessons shaped my journey into the corporate world, where I saw incredible Latinx ERG leaders doing amazing work — often in isolation, facing the same challenges without a broader network to lean on.
That realization inspired me to create The Hispanic Collective: a platform that connects, supports, and elevates Hispanic/Latinx professionals across industries. Our mission is to foster collaboration over competition, share resources, and amplify the voices of those driving meaningful change.
Through this work, I aim to honor my roots, celebrate our community, and build a lasting space where Hispanic professionals feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed.

On a more personal note, I find joy in taking short walks on the beach and indulging in strawberry ice cream in a cone. These simple pleasures complement my dedication to professional growth and creating a positive impact in the community.
