Vice President of Community Affairs

Ishell is the Vice President of Community Affairs at The Hispanic Collective, where she leads data-driven initiatives that elevate and empower the Hispanic-Latino community. She also serves as an eCommerce Content & Syndication Manager at Diageo, optimizing digital content strategy and customer engagement. A passionate advocate for inclusion, she co-chairs Diageo’s Hispanic and Latino Business Resource Group, CONECTADOS.
