Director of Community Engagement & Outreach

Arelisse is a Civil Engineer at AECOM, specializing in transportation infrastructure and community engagement. She leads the JUNTOS ERG Community Committee and contributes to workplace culture through the Great Place to Work Committee. Outside of AECOM, she serves as Director of Community Engagement at The Hispanic Collective, advancing mentoring and networking initiatives for students and emerging professionals.
